Let's imagine it's Friday and you are arriving at your weekend destination. As you turn into our drive you sigh feeling the stress melt away and your senses awake as you're are enveloped by grand old eucalypts and fragrant magnolias lining the road.
Welcome to Ding Dang Doo Escape, you have arrived.
The weekend begins as the Chef delivers you canapes and champagne. Dinner out or in? Its your choice.
Saturday starts with a fresh breakfast prepared by Chef and a walk around the grounds.
Our local guide will take you on a Hawkesbury Harvest tour to show off our favourite local producers, cider houses, distilleries and wineries. Lunch is in your hands.
Upon return Chef will guide you through preparation and service of your evening dinner, cooked together in harmony with regional seasonal produce such as Melanda Pork, Hawkesbury River prawns, local cheese, truffles, chestnuts and fruits, served with local Hawkesbury wine or cider.
Take a Sunday morning stroll or a dip in the pool and enjoy a fresh breakfast provided by Chef.
